Boston Whaler teak backrest with storage for RPS (reversible pilot seat). This backrest was standard on classic Boston Whaler Montauk 17' as well as outrage 18'-25'. This backrest can also replace the fiberglass backrest in newer Montauk and Outrage hulls. This backrest comes assembled and is available finished with the minimum 5 coats of Captains ZSpar varnish or unfinished/bare and ready for teak oil.  Includes stainless hardware and fasteners. Stainless steel grab handles for the top of the backrest are available for purchase .

Note: rod holder holes are not pre-drilled into the top of this backrest
